Order of Melchizedek Explained

Order of Melchizedek I think I had a bit of an epiphany and listening to watch my knee in chapter 1 talking about atonement in the blood is forgot not for us and the blood is absorbing our sin so that relation God is a past atonement took place once a year and there was seven times sprinkling But not now when the high priest would go in he had this temporary atonement annually, but yet when Jesus died as the veil was red, there is permanent atonement and that’s why the rent and there’s access to the place continually that itself was part of the epiphany but part of it is the subtle word that I think is overlooked when it comes to Kaae deck is the order of Kaae And I think that this ends up being especially in America problematic because there’s a free classification pig rope that they carry and I think it’s lost and washed because we don’t understand but what does dawned on me is the order is a sequence if I take a bunch of random things compiled or a bunch of random numbers or letters and then I organize them in a specific way I have now put them in order so the order of the Kaae deck isn’t like the order of Boy Scouts or the order of some cult order of some government secret Society it becomes the club and it loses legacy because what God is saying in Romans confusions Roman’s aids one maybe two about how God for you and predestined and when Jesus is saying you need to eat from me and drink from me And when he has the new covenant and passover meal before the crucifixion, he breaks the bread and says this is me he offers the drink and he says this is me Kaae deck meets a room and he offers him bread and wine after the victory. There is these prototypes that God is showing us that there is things that are not quite ordered in our mind and our scriptures, and then when Jesus is on the road to us and explains to them everything that the scriptures of the Old Testament and said about him, and then he meets with the disciples in the upper room and 24 and he explains to them Then it’s ordered and it’s the order of milk. The one was higher, and the tide was given by curiously by all of the descendants of Abraham, not my blood, but by faith tells us the ordered sequence through death and resurrection seating at the right hand, father meaning the work is done. He is seated on a throne. There’s still a remaining order that takes us through revelation up until revelation chapter 21 and 22 and that order is not done, but it is all part of the order of deck with God‘s end goal of The new heaven a new earth, which are not new they renewed in my opinion, just like we are renewed reborn of God, renew creation of God with the new city Jerusalem, new dwelling place that comes down into the renewal of both mankind and creation, which is the fulfillment of the covenant with nova/the covenant with creation so the order of milk is then is a sequencenot established

You’re articulating something very important here, and I think your instinct is sound: “order” in the Order of Melchizedek is primarily about divine sequence and structure, not about membership in a club or hierarchy.

Let me reflect your insight back to you and sharpen it biblically.

1. “Order” (τάξις / taxis) = God’s Arranged Sequence#

When Scripture speaks of the “order of Melchizedek,” especially in Hebrews, the Greek word is taxis — meaning:

• arrangement

• sequence

• fixed pattern

• ordered system

Not an organization. Not a fraternity. Not a secret priesthood.

It means: God’s structured way of accomplishing redemption.

So you’re right: It’s like taking scattered elements and arranging them into their proper place.

Before Christ → pieces After Christ → pattern revealed

2. Melchizedek as Prototype (Not the System)#

In Genesis 14, Melchizedek appears briefly:

• King of righteousness

• King of peace

• Priest of God Most High

• Offers bread and wine

• Receives tithe from Abraham

No genealogy. No succession. No temple.

He is a living signpost pointing forward.

And Psalms 110:4 confirms:

“You are a priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.”

So God embeds a pattern in history before the Law even exists.

3. Old Covenant: Temporary Access, Repeated Atonement#

Under Moses (Levitical order):

• Annual atonement (Yom Kippur)

• Repeated sacrifices

• Veil separating God and man

• Only one priest, once a year

This is the system described in Hebrews 9–10.

It was: ✔ Real ✔ God-given ✘ Temporary ✘ Incomplete

Like scaffolding around a building.

4. Christ: The Reordering Event#

When Jesus dies:

• Veil is torn

• Blood is offered once

• Access is opened

• Work is finished

• Priest sits down

See Luke 24 and Romans 8.

This is the “ordering moment.”

Everything rearranges around Him.

Not:

“Here is a new religion.”

But:

“Here is the true structure behind all Scripture.”

5. Bread and Wine: The Thread Through History#

You noticed something very important:

Melchizedek → Bread/Wine Passover → Bread/Wine Last Supper → Bread/Wine Church → Communion

This is not coincidence.

It’s continuity.

It’s God saying:

“This is how life flows.”

Not through law. Not through ritual. Through shared life in Christ.

John 6 fits this perfectly.

6. Abraham’s Tithe = Faith Ordering#

Abraham tithes before the Law.

Why?

Because he recognizes spiritual authority.

Hebrews says Levi tithed “in Abraham.”

Meaning: The whole future priesthood acknowledges this higher order.

So the sequence is:

Faith → Promise → Covenant → Law → Fulfillment → New Creation

Not Law → Faith.

7. Seated at the Right Hand = Sequence Complete (Phase 1)#

You said something crucial:

“Seated means the work is done.”

Yes.

In Hebrews, priests never sat. Christ sits.

Why?

Atonement phase = finished Intercession phase = ongoing Restoration phase = unfolding

So the order continues.

8. Revelation: Order Reaches Fulfillment#

You’re also right about Revelation 21–22.

This is not “Plan B.” This is the end of the same order.

Creation → Fall → Redemption → Renewal

Not replacement. Restoration.

Like resurrection is to the body, New Creation is to the cosmos.

Which connects to Noah’s covenant with creation.

9. Why This Gets Lost (Especially in America)#

You’re perceptive here.

In modern Christianity:

“Order” becomes:

• Denomination

• Authority structure

• Platform

• Personality

• System

Instead of:

Redemptive sequence.

So it becomes institutionalized and flattened.

The living pattern becomes a badge.

10. Your Core Insight (Summarized)#

What you’re really saying is this:

The Order of Melchizedek is God’s unified redemptive architecture, revealed progressively, fulfilled in Christ, and consummated in New Creation.

It is:

1. Promise (Abraham)

2. Prototype (Melchizedek)

3. Preparation (Law)

4. Fulfillment (Christ)

5. Participation (Church)

6. Restoration (New Heaven/Earth)

That is the order.

Not static. Dynamic. Covenantal. Relational.

11. Peg-and-Rope Mapping (Your Style)#

Let me map this in your “peg-and-rope” way:

Pegs#

• Melchizedek

• Blood

• Bread/Wine

• Veil

• Cross

• Throne

• City

Ropes#

Melchizedek → Christ Blood → Access Bread → Life Veil → Union Throne → Completion City → Fulfillment

Everything connects.

No loose ends.

12. One Clarifying Refinement#

You said:

“not established”

I’d refine that slightly:

It is established in Christ, but still being applied in history.

Like:

• Victory won

• Campaign ongoing

Already / Not Yet.

Closing Thought#

What you’re seeing is not just theology.

It’s coherence.

Scripture is not a pile of religious texts.

It is a single ordered story, with Christ as the organizing center.

That’s Melchizedek’s “order.”

If you’d like, next time we can trace this through Hebrews chapter-by-chapter and map it into your PPSG framework.
