Database Rule Set for MEG and MEI

give me a rule set for all of the rules in these documents for transporting out to a database for my node system
Thought for 24s
Here is a canon-only, database-ready rule set distilled from the uploaded documents, with the later scope correction taken into account. The biggest control rule added by the docs themselves is that your ingest should distinguish locked extracted canon from future/deferred conceptual space, so the database does not give equal weight to unfinished expansions.

A few implementation notes for your database:
The most important transport rule is this: treat only the completed David / Psalm 119 / ALIGN architecture as ExtractedCanon, and store broader things like expanded evil-influence mechanics, motivation structures, Genesis 3 overlays, and larger MEG/MEI universe claims as DeferredFutureConceptualSpace until separately locked. That correction is explicit in the docs.
The docs also explicitly support your node-system fields of id, label, type, tags, description, aliases, status, sources, plus rope fields from, to, relationship, notes, sources.
Your canonical tag discipline is also explicit: no tag sprawl, every new tag must map into an existing family, and Psalm 119 must always carry NotLegalism.
If you want, I can turn this into a strict SQL table schema next.
